Richard was true to his word! He gave us three options to sell our house. We chose the middle ground because we knew we wanted to sell in 60-90 days. Little did we know, first person of the first showing had been working with him to find a house similar to what we were selling. Ten days later, we had a closing date.

I liked working with Richard & his associates. It was a good experience. I know nothing about selling houses. There is a lot of paperwork that has to be signed & they made sure everything was done. I begin with collecting details of the home you are selling and what your goals are. If you are selling your home and buying another, I will help you coordinate a concurrent closing. I will then send you a detailed RPR report that will help determine an accurate market value on your home. I can do all the paperwork via email, or you may use our online listing platform at iListMichiganHomes website
