My salesman, John Winkle, was very knowledgeable and professional, really listened to me as I described what services I needed, then took the time to thoroughly assess my basement and its’ problems. John went over all of my repair options in great detail providing pricing, materials to be used, time frames for work to be done, and financing, continually answering my numerous questions. He provided proper paperwork, set up the work dates, and quickly resolved a few minor issues that arose.
-My basement repair work was done by Thamer Badri and his crew - Matthew and Andreas. All three young men were very polite, efficient, and qualified, working well as a team. Thamer was exceptionally professional. He thoroughly explained what they were going to do each day and answered all my questions before, during, and after the work was done. At various points during the job Thamer brought me to different areas, showed what had been done, checked to be sure I approved of the work, listened to, and then implemented minor alterations I requested. When the work was completed, the men cleaned up their mess and Thamer showed me the completed projects - all of which I heartily approved of.
