- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We offer a free "no pressure" consultation if desired in person, we can also work by email, by phone or Facetime, Google Hangouts and Skype. Once we receive the $75 deposit we send out the 26 pages of scripting ideas and also offer a short version if desired. Once we receive the couples choices and any welcome additions we put the script together and send it back to the couple for their final approval before we print the script. We offer unlimited emails and calls throughout the process. Rev. Terry also offers marriage and relationship counseling at $50 an hour for couples or individuals. No pre-marital counseling is required to get married.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Ordained non-denominational minister that have officiated hundreds of weddings. Rev. Terry also has two decades of counseling experience.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure they have a good reputation and have experience with public speaking and as how many weddings the officiant has performed. We have had couples searching for an officiant last minute because the officiant cancelled on them or did not return phone calls. If you are going to have a rehearsal make sure the officiant will actually conduct the rehearsal like we do. Some officiants will just show up expecting a wedding planner to take over and not walk you through the process.
