- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each job is different. Especially when it comes to custom work. Before we even offer a price, we will send our estimator to the job site to meet with the client, taking measurements and jotting down notes about exactly what the client invisions. Then an estimate will be drawn up from there.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once contact has been made, an estimate will be scheduled. We will come to the project site to take measurements and figure out exactly what the clients vision is. From there, we will create a bid (estimate). This bid will then be sent to the customer and if the customer accepts the price of the bid, we will move forward with scheduling the work. We do require half payment up front as down payment. The job will be completed, keeping the customer up to date and involved in the process throughout the whole project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our contractor has completed the 60 hour contractor's licensing educational program and has taken and passed the state of Michigan's licensing exam.
