- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Location Portraiture - $75/hr (15 Edits) Studio Portraiture ( Newborn, Fashion, etc. ) - $100/hr (15 Edits) Underwater Portraiture - $125/hr (20 Edits) Senior Pictures - $100/hr (20 Edits) Event Photography (non wedding) - $75/hr (40 Edits) Wedding Photography - $125/hr (50 Edits) Real Estate Photography - 75$ (20 Edits) Headshots - $75 (2 Edits) Product Photography - $50 Travel fees apply for anything outside of the Lansing area. I charge about $50 per hour of travel to location. i.e. Grand Rapids, Detroit, Kalamazoo, Battle Creek - $50-$75 South Haven , Toledo, Cadillac $75- $100 All prices include stated amount of edited pictures per hour but additional edits can be purchased. You will receive pictures via a personal password secured online gallery. Other methods can be purchased 30% non-refundable deposit is required at time of booking
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to meet in person or have a phone call with my clients before the shoot to get a feel for my clients needs and expectations.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have always been a creative person so once I picked up a camera it just felt natural to me. I took a couple classes back in high school but I didn't truly get into it until a couple years ago when I bought a cool car. I started taking pictures of it for Instagram and before I knew it people at the car meets I attended were asking me to take pictures of their cars too. One day me and my friend couldn't find any cars to shoot so he called a couple friends that liked to model and it all kind of snowballed after that.
