I would highly recommend Furnace AC Direct. Nate was extremely informative, professional, and got our AC installed unbelievably fast! It's clear that he cares about his customers and was very honest with us about increasing prices (like everything else in the world right now!). He is willing to work with your budget (to the best of his ability) and offer solutions when needed. His work is very clean and organized, all wires & pipes are neatly sucured and tucked out of the way. We are very happy with the service he provides and won't hesitate to reach out to him for our HVAC needs in the future!

Called back the same day I requested a quote, came out the next day. Emailed the quote as he said. Day of job he messaged me to let me know he was on the road. Excellent installation and clean up. Price was very (better) competitive then the others. Provide me with a one of the top 10 AC units listed! Highly recommend Furnace/AC Direct.

I absolutely would recommend Furnace/AC Direct! We needed to replace a furnace, air conditioner thermostat, and nearly all existing ductwork, and Nate was fantastic to work with from start to finish. He listened to our concerns and budget considerations, and explained every option in detail, including recommendations that consider the size of the house and potential future ductwork that may be done. The units used were high quality, and workmanship was top notch. On top of all that, he was extremely responsive, receptive, and genuine with all conversations about the project from the get-go. All for realistic pricing!! We will absolutely be using Furnace/AC direct for any other HVAC projects we may need in the future.
