Tyler was great!!! Did a great job all by himself in the allotted time. They sent out a piece that didnt quite fit and he came back later to replace it. He was as personable professional and did a great job!

I wanted to say how in impressed I was with everyone involved in A1 garage, starting out with Paul by him explaining everything when he came out his time his patience, his energy as well as Chris explaining to me about the financing his time and patience of all the questions I had he answered them professionally and politely, and then Steve came out to install the garagedoor he was very polite in explaining the installment procedure to me. At A1 Garage Door Service, we offer great promotions, as well as Military, Veteran, and Teacher discounts. With A1 you will receive the best service, best parts, and the best warranty; and most importantly a friend in the garage door business.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we’d like to gain an understanding of the issue and when the problem started. With an in-home consultation, our technicians are trained to find the source of the problem then create a solution that is best for the customer. This can range from a simple tune-up to a more complex issue such as a need for an entirely new garage door. Our technicians will walk the customer through each step to ensure they have a high understanding of the situation and offer all options to resolve the problem. We will walk through each step and ensure the consumer has a great understanding of the situation and all options that are available.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All technicians must graduate from a 4 week training course that includes simulation and many tests to ensure they are educated and properly trained to work on all makes and models of Garage Doors
