What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is either a hourly rate or by project rate. Alot of things I need to quote before I can have a price for you. I also include the lead fee into all my quotes.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let them ask as many questions as they would like. Take the time to get to know them. Male sure they are happy at the end of the job. Hand them a business card so I can do more work for them at a later date!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Just have a High School Diploma. Over the years I have picked up all my skills from the different jobs I have had! I am Type 2 EPA Certified.
