Mass Movers are true professionals!! Ive used them 3 times and they always are careful and considerate of our belongings and the property. Just finished a long day with them, I have a lot of things!! MASS Movers just completed our move from Lansing to Farminton Hills. It was a fairly typical one bedroom apartment move. Chris & Darrell (aka "Hercules", lol) were quick and efficient. They were very careful with our furniture (much more careful than we would have been) and just really nice guys. Additional positives; I called on a Friday for an ASAP move and they accommodated us that Monday!!! On top of that, I felt their pricing was fair. I would not hesitate to use their services in the future!

Can't say enough. I started with another company, contacted them multiple times to try to seal the deal. I'm not gonna chase you to give you my money. By the time they decided to contact me I had called Mass Movers instead. I had a 2 part move, into storage and then to my location.No issues from 1st contact. Friendly and understood the assignment. Not only gave me a great deal but they sent Tay & Darrel! Had both of them for the Entire move which I Loved because they knew my stuff! They took great care, made sure things were wrapped, was on time. I could go on and on but you get the picture. No complaints here, only an A 1 recommendation...can't go wrong with Mass Movers..Happy customer here! Will use again.

This company is amazing. Chris was so adaptable. Uhaul couldnt deliver my Ubox until the end of August. Chris and one of his guys went to Uhaul to do a self delivery, unloaded it in an hour at my apartment, and then dropped it off. Definitely the best moving company!
