Hankins had the best materials and the best price. I really shopped around and they beat out all the others hands down. They finished the siding in less than three days and cleaned up the yard when they were done too. My 3-story 1912 house has never looked better! They covered my old pink asbestos siding with Charter Oak vinyl siding in 25 ft lengths. From the peak of the roof to the trim on the windows my house has been transformed. I get compliments from all of my neighbors too. My heating bills have been significantly lower, and now the house is cosy and draft-free. Hankins is the only contractor I will recommend to my friends and family--you couldn't do better than them!

Mr. Hankins was very timely in responding to my inquiry, and equally prompt in beginning work on my roofing needs. No property damage was done, cleanup was great, and only 3 or 4 roofing nails could be found after their departure. They advised me of deteriorating roofing boards, and replaced only what was absolutely necessary. their prices were competetive with every other quote I pursued. Done in just 2 or 3 days. Very satisfied.

Roger resided our 80 year old home with cement board siding as well as re-roofing. The crew did an excellent job on the house as well as doing a great clean up.

I was pleased with the siding job that was done at my house. The work was done well and quickly. I was particularly pleased with the fact that they did a great job of clean up as well. Work was done during the winter but I had no surprises when the snow melted.

In 2009 we purchased a new roof through Hankins Homescapes. Roger was very knowledgable and helpful during our discussions while I gathered information to make this decision. His crew did a good job with the roofing and Roger followed up quickly when addressing concerns and questions during the process. We also purchased new windows from Roger in 2003 and were very pleased with that process and purchase as well.
