Ronald Warren Jr did a good job on my dormer roof. It was a small job and he finished in 1 day. He did a good job of clean up too. The roof had been leaking and now it doesn't, even with the long rain we had recently. So that was all well done.
He didn't do as well estimating the cost. First he told me $635, but called a few days later to say the materials were higher than he expected so it would be more. Then, when he started the job, he noticed that the old roof had 2 layers of shingles, so he said that would be more yet. Obviously, these were things he should have taken into consideration in the first place. The final cost was over $950, and I felt he should have known that from the beginning.
