- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I prefer to give a price based on square footage, to insure the customer only pays for what they are getting done.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am polite, fair, and always honest while giving the customer as much knowledge as I can provide.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I learned what I know from an older generation that taught me to do whatever it takes and always be fair and honest.
