- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every client has different needs. Royal Cleaning Services will come out to your residence or commercial property to evaluate the cleaning. In some circumstances an initial deep clean may be needed to bring your home or commercial property back to its pristine condition. Royal Cleaning will provide a no obligation estimate prior to starting any job. Should additional work be needed and not included in our estimate, it will be done at no additional charge as long as nothing was concealed or changed since our estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We first come out to our client to evaluate the situation. We then ask the client what exactly are their expectations. We also educate our clients on cleaning as sometimes they need something cleaned more often than it should. Many cleaning companies will not tell their clients this. However we believe in not only offering the best service and pricing but building long term relationships with our clients. This is why Royal Cleaning Services name is quickly becoming known. After our initial review we then provide a cleaning estimate that we will stand by even if we underestimate the work hours. We believe in the old school belief that once you offer a client a price you need to stick with it should you make the mistake of underestimating.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Royal Cleaning Services was founded by Lana Alhasani a phamacist and is currently run by Ronald Dwyer who has 30 years experience in the Insurance and Real Estate Industries as a licensed agent.
