I have to say from start to finish they are the best contractor I have ever dealt with in over 45 yrs. I hired them to refinish my basement floor. Their salesman Kevin in my area of Livonia, Mich. was very spot on about the procedure and materials and gave me great discounts. I saved $2800. Their head of production and handling of their work Ariel is very nice and prompt along with her great nice voice. Their installers were Matt and Tyler and did most of the work on the first day. They had to take out the vinyl tiles grind the bare concrete floor fix some areas needing patches . Then used coatings and spread the materials mix to get our desired colors we chose. All they had to do on the second day was spread the clear coat to seal it all and only took a few hours they were gone by noon . Great young hard workers hard to find anymore . I would recommend this company with their down to earth attitudes great customer service and a lifetime warranty that even applies to new owners if I sell my house AAAA+++++++

Production team was incredible! Had my basement done and it absolutely changed the whole vibe from a gross Michigan basement to somewhere my kids want to play in 24/7. Everything from sales to productions to questions through call center was extremely professional and relieved so much stress about this project. If I could give more than 5 stars I would!!!

The sales person that came out was excellent couldn't ask for better. He explained everything show me everything that's gonna happen. Walk me through step to step will give a 10 star the installers that did the floor was great. They explained everything they asked me questions. They were their excellent place would rate a 10 star.

We had a great experience with our epoxy flooring installation! From start to finish, the team was professional, punctual, and incredibly detail-oriented.The finished floor looks absolutely beautiful and completely transformed the space.They also kept everything tidy throughout the process and even finished ahead of schedule, which we really appreciated. So, you want your garage floor done? You look around and find a bunch of 1 day installs that have varied reviews. My recommendation is Gator Guard. Their process takes 2 days, but I can tell you, it WAS done right. They ground off my old silicone concrete stain from 32 years ago and made the bare concrete look like a new pour. Thanks to Gavin and Rueben for doing such meticulous work. They are true pro's. They coated it with a hydro-static moisture barrier, then the chips. Let it dry for a day, then came back with Kyle to apply the final covering. Kyle is very knowledgeable and has told me horror stories of floors they've had to replace of other systems that didn't do the right preparation work. NOT going happen with Gator Guard's method.I'm totally impressed and pleased with the entire team, and although a bit more expensive than most, you get what you pay for. Thank You Gator Guard for an excellent install. Couldn't be happier. The Travertine color is outstanding, and your company does great work. Thanks again !!
