This was my first time hiring someone from Thumbtack and decided to go with Outboxx Assembly Services. They did not disappoint. I hired them to put together a new NordicTrack treadmill and move furniture to the basement. Bryan and his employee were great! His instant reply to my inquiry and ability to set up an appointment for that weekend was incredibly helpful. They showed up on time and informed me of their arrival time. Outboxx Assembly were professional and easy to talk to, which made me feel at ease and confident in their ability. They were also able to work in the limited space that I had with no problems. They even carried the empty box and materials to the curb for pickup. True five-star service. The treadmill fits and works great. I would absolutely hire them again in a heartbeat!
