- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Introduction, 2) information exchange 3) Home visit for verification of services requested.. .4) Written Quote with a firm price for materials and labor.. 5) Any negotiations or changes to quote details, prices, etc.. .6) Go to store with customer if they desire to confirm design details and purchase materials; that way customer can pay for things as they choose; cash/ check/ credit card/ store credit/ etc...7) bring materials back to job site location for customer...(that way the customer has possession of all the materials they purchase)... 8)Start job at the time of customers choosing... 9) Complete job... 10) If satisfied with project as stated in paperwork, pay remaining balance to complete... That's it!
