Josh was FANTASTIC to work with!! I would recommend him to ANYONE. He understood exactly what I wanted and the time frame I was up against. He ripped up the carpet in my living room and hallway, stripped the old wood floors and refinished them in a beautiful new color that he helped me pick based upon my input of the basic idea I had in mind. He even cut and packaged the old carpeting in a way that my trash collectors would take (which I had no idea there were guidelines for, but Josh knew them)! He even left me a few remnants for the moving men to walk on so they wouldn't damage my new floors! Having mentioned my many allergies, Josh even had suggestions as to product selections for the floor stain that would be more healthy for me moving fwd. Use Josh for your flooring needs, you won't regret it!!

Sanded and finished full upstairs red-oak hardwood floors and stairways, including an optional extra third coating. Fixed some issues with loose boards, and removed some metal staples from the carpets that had covered the floor before. Result is fantastic!
They were very fast to reply to my request for a quote, came out and went through everything with me, and scheduled a time that suited me. They were careful to block off all areas that were not sanded, and cleaned up very well. Joshua was great to work with!

I had my floor refinished by josh! It looks awesome!!!! He gave me choices for the colors and offered suggestions. The color turned out to be outstanding! He's always on time and very professional. I will definitely have him again if I need any more help with my floors!!!!!
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give quotes based on the need of the customer. I based my quotes on square footage, types of finish used, and additional work needed such as repairs.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always like to give my clients an in person consultation to be able to walk through and educate them on the process in its entirety. I find that knowledge and expertise are what my customers value.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Not only did I grow up learning from my Father through 10 years of working, I have also made sure to advance my knowledge of my products and skills by becoming certified through the National Wood Floor Association. This is done through several hours/days of hands on skills training and testing.
