Professional outfit, on schedule and did a very clean job. They were flexible enough to work with delays from our end to start the project. Cost as quoted, no surprises/extras. Floors turned out great, very satisfied.

We needed a small area of our hardwood floor patched using scraps that were left over from the install. Getting a quote and scheduling was easy and convenient. On the day of install, the team was running about an hour late, but called ahead to let me know. The install team broke the last board as it was going in, so they ended up having to rip it out and cut up some other boards to make up for it. Luckily the repair is in a closet so it's not too visible. They did a fairly good job working with limited materials.

The installer did a great job, and is a true professional, as there some odd angle cuts. He made sure everything was done right and to our satisfaction. The only reason I did not give them an excellent was there was a dispute on the quote. We had spoken with the person who gave the quote showed him the room discussed what was needed, then discovered that he did not include leveling. Chris called as did the quoter. We were able to work this out to our satisfaction. The fact that the job came out great and that functional floors took care of the problem quickly and in a professional manor speaks highly of their concern for customer satisfaction.
