Simply Floors showed up ahead of schedule and refinished my floors PERFECTLY! My wife and I walked all 2,600SF of floors and couldn't find anything that needed correcting. Not only did they do a great job and in a timely fashion, their communication is fantastic. Mike was in constant contact with updates on what was going on, when we needed to stop by to choose from the stain samples they did and generally kept us in the loop every step of the way. Most impressed by his honesty as well. He found some bad floor repair under the carpet he removed in one of the bedrooms and called me to say that "you should just carpet the floor in that bedroom because it will cost too much for me to fix and not worth it. It's just a bedroom and you shouldn't spend the money to fix". So he suggested that I take money out of his pocket and have someone put in carpet or Vinyl Plank. That type of honestly gains customers for life.

Replaced entire basement floor after spring time water damage. Went with a vinyl plank and it looks amazing. No more basement carpet ever.

Michael and his team produce high quality work and are very efficient at it. We had carpets replaced with solid hard wood on main living areas and stairs. We started with unfinished hard wood and went through entire process of sanding , staining etc. They finished on schedule , cleaned up after and kept us abreast of budget impact ( which was the case as we discovered that the stairs were tricky). Happy with their work and I am considering them for couple other flooring projects already.

It's terrible experience. We have contract for changing the pad and carpet for upstairs and stairs. They didn’t change the pad and lie to me and said they changed pad already. I took pictures as evidence. Finally they changed the pad for me. The job quality is just so so. The biggest problem is they try to fool me. Please be careful if you want do some business with them.
