I don't really have much to say here. I posted a request for lawn service and got a reply from Joshua at Birchwood Lawn & Landscaping. They did exactly what I wanted them to do and for cheaper than I expected them to do it. They gave me the exact kind of service I was looking for and I'm quite pleased with the way my lawn looks now.

Very happy I was fortunate enough to locate such a professional, competitively priced service with a company which is prompt in responding to any questions and keeps me updated on the beginning of their mowing season. I look forward to receiving their service this season.

They were going to come out to start my lawn service and complete a spring cleaning up; after several days of them not coming I followed up and they said they would come the next day. They finally came three days later. Fast forward two weeks they never came back again to cut the grass and stopped responding. I also have never recieved and invoice from the spring cleanup. Although they did great work they are unreliable and professional.

Hello Cristal, I’m sorry you feel this way but we are behind like everyone else from all the rain. When it rains almost 3 times a week lawn crews are going to get behind. We try to not cut lawns when they are wet to avoid damage. The customer also received an invoice 2 days after spring cleanup was complete. The customer also did not contact us about the lawn until 1 week later which we responded the same day.
