- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It is difficult to quote any pricing without talking about what your specific needs are for your business. I do not work hourly. I give pricing upfront based on your needs. There are no surprises each month, you will know your quoted rate before any work begins
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a consultation to discuss the accounting needs you may have. Based on the services you need, I can determine an upfront pricing structure that is beneficial to all parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have earned my degree in accounting, for which I graduated with business honors. I also have specialized training in areas of business management, key performance indicators, and payroll including quarterly and annual tax filing.
