- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don't necessarily have an hourly rate. I base my price on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For weddings and other projects, I normally chat with the client face-to-face or via Skype to get to know them. I try to get as much info about the project as possible and get an idea of what the client is envisioning.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a recent graduate at Lawrence Technological University, where I studied audio engineering. I have held several jobs in the audio/video industry. I am also an FAA-certified drone pilot.
