I have been working with Dr. Bill for about 1.5 years. We train on average 3-4 times/ week and then I complement my training sessions with cardio, as prescribed by Dr. Bill, 3-4 times/ week. Dr. Bill varies training sessions, alternating the targeted muscle groups but also the training methods, which keeps the training interesting and challenging. I went from a size 6/8 to a size 2/4. I love how my body looks and feels now - I am in the best shape of my life. Bill was instrumental in transforming my body, getting nice muscle definition, building stamina and endurance, and for making the commitment to myself. He is a great motivator. I can't imagine working with anybody else. Thanks Dr. Bill!!

doc personalized my workout, I was challenged but not hurt which I appreciated. Always felt comfortable to talk about anything and that helped not to think about the sweating I was doing!!

When I first started out at National Personal Training Institute he helped me get acquainted with the gym and equipment and guided me and cheered me on. I still keep in touch with him when I have questions answered ! Nice guy!!
