- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our standard pricing consists of "FREE" estimates with every new client that calls; we then drive to their location so the whole process is of no inconvenience to them, we even schedule the estimate around their busy schedule!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We always do on the job training, and we are always teaching new things on the job and how to use certain equipment all the time.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
All kinds of people; young couples...middle class working families, seniors & veterans.
