3. Advice - they gave me good advice about maintenance for my plumbing system. No up selling, just suggestions on ways to keep problems from recurring. As someone with no plumbing knowledge, this was extremely helpful

Mike did a great job with snaking our sewer line as well as removing an old pipe. He came to our house at the agreed upon time, was friendly, and gave us advice on other fixes we could do in our basement. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumbing job!
