I see myself as somewhat handy, but faced a drain line leak issue with one of our bathrooms that I didn't feel skilled enough to handle. This house really should be featured on "Ask this Old House" with our older plumbing system, boiler and baseboard heaters. Steve was pretty quick responding within 10 minutes, came out the very next day and had the issue resolved within 30 minutes, so he knows his stuff!
