We have been very satisfied with Pam and members of her cleaning service. They do a nice job, are quite thorough, and are very pleasant to have around. We also had our carpetscleaned by them and were very happy with the results.

Pam is a very efficient cleaner. She is professional and friendly. I like the way she sends a text reminder the day before. Pam gets the job done quickly- I live in a one-bed room apt. She is thorough.vacuuming, floors mopped, dusting, windexing mirrors, cleaning countertops, bathroom, etc..takes about 2 hours. She will also take the time to talk to you on a personal level if you are home,which I like and appreciate. Pam also has given me a few tips/advice about cleaning products, also.
The only thing I wish Pam could do would be to help me organize my apartment...she does a fabulous job making it clean! Thanks, Pam! You are a life-saver!

Pam and Bucket cleans my vacation home. I've had them clean twice now and am impressed with how good things look, in particular, the hardwood and laminate floors. The spot treatment they performed on an area of stained carpet looked good and better than I expected since the stain had been there awhile before I noticed it.
The cleaning of the bathroom and kitchen countertops could be be improved; I tend to find small areas of dirt or debris that hadn't been completely picked up.
I am a very picky person and in general, this company does an excellent job!

I loved working with Pam. I used her to clean up after my wedding and she was wonderful. Her and her team were very professional and I never even saw them working just noticed things were getting cleaned up! I would use her again and would recommend her over and over.

Pam and her crew are extremely thorough and very eager to please. From day one, I felt confident that, not only would the house be cleaned to my standards, but that I could trust them 100%. Very professional and very kind. I am pleased to have Pam and a Bucket as my housekeepers. How did you get started doing this type of work?
I've always enjoyed cleaning, and I decided to work for a local franchise maid service to see if it's something I'd like to pursue on my own, but also to get my foot "in the door" and get a better understanding of the industry.
I have a passion for making people smile, and providing a service that takes some stress out of lives is perfect for that passion! Every time I clean someone's home, I end up seeing a smile of satisfaction!
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common type of job that we do, is a residential cleaning. We cover all areas from bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, dining, and living areas. We also clean laundry rooms and basements (finished basements) as well.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
1) Know what you're looking for in a service.
2) Have questions ready for your quote - in regards to what will be done and if you have pets what you'll be required to do with them.
3) Find out if there is a contract you will be signing or a service agreement and what the terms are.
4) Ask for references and check with the references to make sure you're getting a trustworthy service.
5) Keep communication clear to what you expect from the service.
