For the condition the house was in and the price we were satisfied. However, there were a lot of missed details iethe baseboards in a bedroom , kitchen were not cleaned, the bathroom floor didn’t look clean( dust in the corners) walls in the bathroom not cleaned, the ledge going to basement was not dusted, shelf on kitchen wall not dusted, light switch plates were still filthy. The appliances looked brand new- nice job with that
