- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing will vary depending on the job. Sometimes it's going to be an hourly rate, Other times, again, depending on the job, I may just give a flat rate for my services. Like I said though, pricing is different for every project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I work closely with The Tile Shop as a designer, and talk to contractors and people in the field, along with my staff, so I can stay up to date with pricing and such. Design wise, I don't like to do trendy work, because if you are ever thinking about selling your home, you don't want an out of date deterrent that will hinder the sale. My finance has also been in the tile business for fifteen years, so I've learned all the in's and outs of tile setting and light construction. I also have many builders as references to speak with if there is something I'm unsure of.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I specialize in tile and painting, but work on Floor plan's/layouts, furnishings and so much more.
