What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price depends on the amount of square footage to be painted and what is being painted as well as the condition that the places are in. My jobs are always plus the cost of paint you only pay for what you use and there is no mark up on the cost of paint.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally come out to the job and talk about what is the best way to go about the job. I than give a free estimate on the spot and arrange a date to begin the job.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked for a painting company out of South Lyon for 5 years and learned the in and outs of painting. In addition I did sales for 2 years so I understand exactly how that process goes.
