Jody G. says, "Jake of Baker Heating and Cooling went above and beyond to help me when my air conditioning went out over the Fourth of July weekend. It was a holiday and I contacted them. They texted me back right away and scheduled an appointment for Monday. Then they called me back and moved it up to Saturday, getting me in on a holiday weekend!!! Jake came on time he gave me a reasonable quote, which was far less than other quotes I had gotten on the same job. He came and did the work and within two days, I had a new furnace and AC system, which works more efficiently! He told me he likes to do repair work to save the customers money, but because my system was over 40 years old, it needed to be replaced. They quickly got the work done and left my place in immaculate condition. Actually they help me re-position my kitchen table set because it wasn’t exactly where I wanted it in the first place. He and his helper Owen were extremely personable and kind. They listened to me about my frustrations with the other estimates and were empathetic when I told them that I was going to have surgery at the end of the month. They were extremely kind and considerate. I would highly recommend Baker Heating and Cooling. They are trustworthy. They will give you a fair price. They come on time and they do the work quickly and as expected. They did not raise the price or add any additional cost to their initial estimate. I was extremely pleased with Baker Heating and Cooling and I will be referring them to all of my family and friends when they are in need of help with AC, Heat or Hot Water systems."See more

Darian H. says, "I had been without heat for a while now. I exhausted everything that I knew regarding fixing the furnace myself. I went on the next-door app to search for furnace repair recommendations. I was recommended three different companies. Moe’s must have seen my recommendations because he reached out to me. He called me on Thursday and told me he could come out that day or night. We arranged for him to come out on Friday at noon. I called Moe Friday and he was in Clawson on a call. He said that he would be at my house in 45 minutes. He actually arrived early, which was cool. When he arrived at my house, he evaluated my furnace in less than two minutes and said that it was my blower motor. We negotiated the price and he disassembled my blower motor from the furnace and took it with him. He said he would be back in a few hours. Long story short, he came back, reassembled everything and I am warm now. Thanks Moe appreciate it. If anyone is having a furnace issue, they can’t figure it out. I recommend you call Moe’s heating and cooling."See more
