Hey Pet Parents 👋🏽 My name is Lavina Simpson and I am the owner and operator of Starr Pet Sitting LLC based in Oak Park, MI. Starr Pet Sitting LLC is also family oriented… My mother (Lavora) is my assistant at home for boarding/daycare clients and my father (Herbert) is my assistant for dog walks/drop in visits. We are all insured/bonded. We offer pet sitting services to the Metro Detroit area at very reasonable rates! We are cat/dog CPR certified. I have been in the pet care industry since 2015, I have ton of experience with many different types of pets who may require different needs. My service list: Boarding/overnights and daycare in the sitter’s home (25 pounds and under ONLY), drop in visits in the clients home (ALL TYPES OF PETS), dog walking (ALL TYPE OF PETS), I can dispense medication if needed (injection, pills, eye drops, topical, etc). I always make sure to provide companionship and more for the fur babies! I pride myself in going above and beyond to make sure that my clients and their fur babies receive the very best care and customer service possible. I am reliable, trustworthy, punctual, and a professional! I can’t wait to meet you and your pets! Thank you 😊

Lavina went above and beyond to take care of our two little dogs. They normally don't warm up to people very fast, but liked Lavina right away. Next time we need a pet service, Starr Pet Sitting is first on our list!

Lavina was a wonderful petsitter to my two cats, Olaf and Boo. She took care to ask questions in our meet & greet and throughout the week if anything was unclear, which made me feel like she truly values doing great work and caring for my pets. The daily updates included photos and included a thorough description of each visit; I felt very comfortable leaving them in her care. Would absolutely hire Lavina for any future petsitting needs!

I am so grateful I choose this service. Lavina was kind, professional and my cats loved her. She did exactly what I needed and provided updates which was so wonderful. I will be recommending her service to all my friends and family. It’s so nice to get away for a few days and I know my babies are being well cared for. I can’t Thank her enough!!

She has comes off as a person with great integrity in character, which made it easier for me to trust my cat to be in her hands while I was away on a job training. I would say putting the care of your pet is her hands is not a great idea but also a smart choice!

Takes extra care of my senior dog. My dog fell in love with them, and that's a first!! Always get an update on their walks, and always spends time petting the dog before she goes. Would never go with another walker!!
