Doug is thorough and patient, and pays attention to detail. He installed water lines in my home and, even though I do not yet have the water turned on, he asked me to let him know as soon as the water would be activated so he can ensure the quality of his work. My house has atypical measurements and Doug was very logical and clear in asking all the right questions to ensure the best outcome. I appreciate Doug and his crew, particularly in these times where labor and supply chain can present problems.

Douglas did an excellent job! I am highly satisfied with his work. He had to work in a very tight closet space to install a faucet set in my bathtub with outdated plumbing fixtures. His work is very professional; my faucet looks great! I could tell that he takes pride in his work.
