- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our hourly rate is $90/hr for two professionals or $125/hr for three professionals. We offer a 15% military/emergency responder discount with proper identification. There is a $50 travel fee for the dispatching of personnel to your location. It is a one time fee and does not apply to additional days of service if required.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Once we've established good contact information, we work with our customers to specify exact needs and how to properly accommodate them where possible. Whether it be trying to stick to a set budget, needing specific services or scheduling conflicts, we do our best to make things as manageable for you as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
After relocating to this area and dealing with the difficulties of my own family's move, I became one of the people actually conducting the move myself. Being able to see the lack of care for customers during such a sensitive time from the inside inspired my family to start a service that actually identifies with the people that we are involved with. The impact of moving into a new place or purchasing furniture--even asking for a little assistance with heavy lifting within your home should never be traumatic.
