Introduction: I attended Northwestern Technological institute for HVAC 16 years ago where I obtained a license in heating and cooling from the state of Michigan. After completing the course at the top of my class I started a job in the apartment maintenance field where I gained hands on experience in appliance repairs, furnace and air conditioning unit repairs as well as plumbing, electrical and handyman work. Shortly after I started getting lots of request to do repairs outside of work for tenants family and friends. Not being able to keep up with the work that was offered on the side I then decided it was time to start a business and take on this new business venture full time.. Currently I have 4 experienced guys and gal that hold 20+ years or more of experienced and licensed in other areas like plumbing , electrical, painting, and tile work to help with the work load

I needed a New Fusebox put in and Basically get some form of electric comming into my house. James installed the fusebox, rewired some things to get me some temporary electric comming into my house until he said he can return to do the rest of the re-wiring. He was caring very Respectful and trustworthy as i am a single female allowing a stranger male in, he made me feel very Comfortable and at ease).... His Mannerism is very pleasant, and his work leaves gladness and satisfaction. .. I am very pleased thus Far with James work. And look foreward to working with him again on any finishing electric details needed
