- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Always, in this line of business you have to always be learning the tech changes to fast. We attend the CES events, take time out to read the latest in tech news every morning. It's one of the goals of the company to stay ahead of the game.
- What types of customers have you worked with?Most common are laptop virus repairs, and main-board repairs.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?That would be a repair on a 55" Westinghouse TV, it had no power. Come to find out somehow the flex ribbon to the screen was shorting out the tv. So I had to pull the screen out enough to clip the end of the ribbon and create a new end. First complete dis-assembly of a LED Flat Panel. No one else would have even tried the repair I called around...Lol.
