- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The customer needs to know that not all pros get a discount on the price of pats, even when we do, it’s a small amount, maybe 10%. Even then, we can’t always pass that discount on to the customer, unless it’s a large job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After introducing myself, i will explain what is caused the problems, what i will do to correct it and give you estimate as to how much time it will take to fix it. I will usually estimate a little higher because there’s always problems that your going to run into but, if everything goes smoothly , then i can completed the job under my estimate, which is always good for the customer
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I use to work for General Motors as a Mill Right, repairing all types of machinery on the assembly lines and in the plants. I’ve been doing Drywall, plumbing, electrical and carpentry work for over 20 years. I come from a family of skilled tradesman and i’ve learned a lot from them.
