Jeff has integrity and is extremely honest, instead of repairing he suggested I start with a new heater and he installs that instead of spending the money on trying to repair the old one only to find out it wasn't repairable and it would save me money doing it this way. Very, very pleased all around with Jeff and will not hesitate to hire him for my next problem or another job of some sort. Thank you very much, Jeff.

Communicate better. Don't leave the homeowner to finish your work. If you do, make sure the homeowner understands completely what needs to be done. Do a better job with patching drywall and don't leave until satisfied with the quality of work done.
