- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
it’s a general rate per employee. Every referral that they give out that completes at least the first clean, they will receive $25 off the next Cleaning. And we can figure out pricing and stick in your budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
try to get to know them try to learn what their stressors are for instance minor fingerprints absolutely driving nuts and I base my cleaning routine off of what is most important to them not what I think is important.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have an associates degree in marketing. I also have been cleaning up after myself and my family for many years. I have worked for a few different cleaning companies as well and each money have different training techniques and we’re very persistent and extensive training proficiency with important and all of the companies. I’ve worked at believe that quality is better than quantity and that listening to the customer. It’s the most important part.
