- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is dependent upon the type of work to be completed, amount of prep desired, paint quality and a number of other factors. The best way to get an idea of pricing is to schedule an estimate to receive a same day proposal.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with new customers, we will sit down for an estimate to discuss their vision, identify problem areas and give recommendations of how to remedy them, measure the project and provide a completely personalized proposal. After a project has been accepted, we help with color selection or set them up with a color consultant to ensure a perfect match for your vision. The work is completed in a professional and timely manner then a perfect cleaning to leave your space better than we found it.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Tim (Owner and Founder) began painting while in college. He worked with a local painting professional for years before starting Moon Custom Painting in 2016.
