The final result on this job was excellent but the journey there was horrible. The first person who was sent (Chad) left the job undone and the estimate was -5 days and it was 14 days mostly because he was absent from the site so much - coming late and leaving throughout the day to get things from the store several times a day. He left and the job was incomplete and my bathroom looked like a nightmare. They then brought in their "clean up guy" (Shawn) who made sure I knew he spent most of his time fixing Chad's jobs. Leading me to believe I was sent someone they knew was incompetent in the first place and did not even come to check on him.it took Shawn 3 days to finish the job. Like I said, the finished job was more than satisfactory but the journey was horrible.
