After viewing many houses in our neighborhood sell and comparing numbers we was lucky to find a home that would settle the family down. As a licensed contractor here for 10 years I was eager to see the results of our new Home. Our Apprasier Ed Koon said Our 12 year old pool with a 3 year old renovation to add a spa was only worth $7000. Every appraiser and realtor said he was wrong and made a big mistake. He said the home was not structural sound because the cabinets were the originals. Be careful if You are planning on a home purchase and You come across this Company. We are contacting the state to have them check if he is cooperating with investors. Very disappointed

Michael was trying to buy a house for sale by owner in which he was the tenant, within a neighborhood in which I have completed two other appraisals within the past 2 months. I included 7 comparable properties within the report which all showed that the sales price was too high. Michael added in his review that "We are contacting the state to have them check if he is cooperating with investors" This is an ignorant statement because if I was cooperating with investors I would have appraised his property too high. Thank you Michael for posting this comment because it will keep people away from me that want me to push numbers. If you want an accurate appraisal please contact me if you want an inaccurate appraisal that only shoots for the sales price then I'm not your guy.

That's a ridiculous post by Michael above.. "Cooperating with investors"..are you serious?? It's an appraisal..if he was "cooperating with investors" wouldn't the appraisal be skewed?!? Horrible review! It's sad that someone would write a bad review of an appraiser because the house they were buying/selling/refinancing didn't come in at the value they wanted or anticipated. You should really learn what appraising is Michael before you spout off about paired sales analysis and how the appraiser isn't "cooperating with investors". Absolute joke and waste of a review. I am giving you a 5 star review Mr Koon simply to deflate the idiotic review written above.

You get what you pay for! My fees are market fees because I will not take shortcuts on your appraisal. Do you really want the lowest bidder to complete your appraisal? Be careful-it's easy for inexperience to cost you thousands of dollars! My fee included communication before, during and afterwards. I am here to answer your questions even before you hire me!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
You tell me what service you need. I quote a price. I make appraisal priority. I get appraisal back to you on the date agreed upon
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was responsible for Southwest Florida for a very large lender for years! I have been almost everywhere doing appraisal work in Southwest Florida!
