Introduction: We want you to have the dog that YOU want.
We enable you to communicate to your dog, and make sure your dog knows what the heck you are talking about.
We have two trainers with a diversity in hands on work experience to ensure we make the right dog-trainer-client match as we can. We also understand that everyone and their dog... is unique. We use balanced training methods ourselves, but we are willing to click and treat our way through any behavioral situation we may encounter. We work with the individual and use whatever tools necessary to achieve clear communication between owner and dog, safely and effectively.

Packages we offer:
ALL OF OUR FIRST TIME CLIENTS (meaning dogs, not you, whenever you get a new dog we will come do a free consult on the new pooch) Receive a FREE in home consultation/ demonstration with our trainers.
Starters- 6 one on one training sessions where trainer comes to home and or in public ( pet store, vet, park etc) We cover basic obedience on leash, (sit, down, stay, heel, come, leave it, off), solve most if not all behavioral problems. Our most popular package. Great for puppies.
Life Manners- 6 one on one training sessions in home. We cover no jumping, mouthing, barking, running out of the house, how to greet strangers and how to introduce dogs properly.
Intermediate to off leash- 6 sessions, in home one on one with trainer to transition ON leash obedience to OFF leash
Advanced- 6 sessions one on one in home with trainer to completely GO OFF LEASH!!!
Service dogs-Therapy dogs-Emotional Support dogs-
We deal with this by a case by case basis. Dogs must have completed our Starters-Manners- Intermediate packages or can prove they completed other obedience training. Dogs must be of appropriate age and of sound mind and body.
Board and Train:
All of these packages below inadvertently include CRATE/KENNEL TRAINING, yes your dog will be caged or confined at some moments. Will they be locked up all of the time? Absolutely not. They will probably get more exercise/play time with us than they do at home (probably the reason you are coming to us ;))
AGGRESSION/HIGH AROUSAL/ SEVERELY REACTIVE-
2-3 week board and train at facility, then followed by 6-8 one on one training sessions with trainer and owner. The dog stays at facility in Rockford for 2-3 weeks (we wont lie some cases need longer), during that time your dog is undergoing a "Reset". New people, new environment, a new way of thinking. We then start socializing them with dogs, cats, humans, places etc. We teach them what they should have been doing all along in those situations.
HOUSEBREAKING/POTTY TRAINING:
Puppy/Dog stays 3 weeks with trainers teaching the dog the correct behaviors to have in the house like not chewing shoes, and how to potty outside. With 3 follow up in home training sessions with trainer.
BASIC-
2-3 week board and train either in trainers house or at training facility, learns all basic obedience and general good dog manners. The dogs that qualify for this package must have little to no reactivity with dogs or to people. Follow up is 4 in home training sessions one on one with trainer.
