- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer a service call of 70 but it is waived if I am hired. Also, when putting on parts, if required, they are not charged a service fee.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process with working with a new customer is scheduling an appointment through our office staff, scheduling an available time and getting out there fairly quickly to get it diagnosed and finished.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have no education related to my work, but I have many years of experience in working in the field of service fixing and repairing standard household appliances such as; washers, dryers, dishwashers, ranges, microwaves, and more.
