The technician arrived within the time block promised. The office personnel kept me updated on the arrival of ordered parts. My initial contact was on a weekend and I received a return call immediately. During the repair the tech kept me updated on his progress and respected my home. A Highpointe representative responded within minutes of submitting my request for a quote, and gave me an appointment for a housecall within a resonable time frame. The repairman, Robert Wood, was knowlegeable about my repair needs, professional and pleasant to work with. The Highpointe Rep called to set up a return appointment as soon as the ordered parts came in. Robert Wood returned at my convenience and completed the repair. The process with working with a new customer is scheduling an appointment through our office staff, scheduling an available time and getting out there fairly quickly to get it diagnosed and finished.
