I have used Ryan's services several times for my investment properties in Detroit. He was recommended to me by my realtor, who said Ryan had done excellent work for some of her clients in fixing retaining walls, foundation issues, etc. I first used him to check out a property I was considering purchasing, which seemed to have foundation issues - Ryan promptly got on the job and provided an excellent assessment of the issues and potential fixes - which convinced me to not move forward. With a current property under renovation, I called on Ryan first to do a complete sealing of the foundation and any essential repairs. He did an outstanding job in what seemed like record time. He's one of the hardest working craftsmen I've encountered and can be trusted to watch out for your interests and to deliver quality results. I can't recommend him highly enough - the proof rests with the fact he will continue to be my go-to guy for critical assessments and repairs.

I highly recommend working with unique solutions. They did so many basement waterproofing for us for our investment properties. He's very professional he knows what he's doing and most importantly he's reasonable for the quality and communication he provides. Ryan helps us in a lot of our projects. Ryan from Unique has been fantastic to work with. He’s completed several waterproofing jobs for me, and every time he’s been reliable, professional, and thorough. Ryan does the kind of work most people (including me) would never want to do — going down into crawl spaces and installing vapor barriers to make sure everything is properly sealed and protected. What I appreciate most is that he takes the time to do the job right and communicates clearly about what needs to be done. Because of that, he’s become our go-to for all basement and crawl space waterproofing jobs. It’s great knowing we can count on someone who consistently delivers quality work.
