I bring over 20 years of residential carpentry and home repair experience, including 5+ years specializing in door installation with a professional contractor, along with nearly two decades of troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining complex electronic and mechanical equipment. What I focus on: Doors: entry, storm, security, and interior pre-hung or slab installs Carpentry & remodeling: small framing jobs, sheds, basement work, and general repairs Finish work: trim, casing, baseboard, minor drywall repair, and patching Problem-solving: the odd, non-standard jobs most people don’t want to deal with I take pride in clean work, clear communication, and doing the job right. When I show up, it’s me doing the work from start to finish. Typical Job Range / Minimums Most jobs I take fall between $250–$1,500, depending on scope. If that general range fits your budget and you’re planning to hire soon, I’m happy to discuss the details and get you on the schedule. For door repair service calls, my minimum charge is $50. If the repair takes more than 30 minutes, labor is $75/hour. If you want it even better, I’d cut this down further for Thumbtack because most people skim and this is still a little long.
