- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Email/text about event day details (date, location, time, questions, services, pricing, etc.) 2. Send contract and invoice to Clients email for review. 3. Send in 50% retainer fee and contract to reserve your date. 4. Book your pre event trial! 5. Get glammed up by Viva La Glam and have fun!!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Artist's continue their education through classes about formal makeup and hair styles. All of our Artist's are licensed professionals. They have experience with bridal styling and makeup (including airbrush) techniques. They always stay current on trends and know how to provide a customized look just for YOU! All of our Artist’s come prepared with prestige products and sanitized equipment to achieve any look your heart desires.
