- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For all repairs and service work we use your exclusive Straightforward Pricing guide. This guide has all repairs and service work pre-priced so the client knows they are getting the best deal, without having to worry about if the contractor is taking advantage of them. Once our team can diagnose the problem, the solution is already priced out in the guide.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our proven process starts by meeting with the client to understand them, their issues/problems, and their goals. From there we do a full inspection (roof top, ground level, and attic space) to determine the exact solution needed, and then we sit down with the client to educate them on the findings and provide options for them on how to move forward.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We continually train out team. This starts in our warehouse where we have built a complete roofing simulator so any repair or system can be trained on and installed in the warehouse first, before we ever step foot on your home or business. Additionally we are licensed and insured. We have been certified by Angi, A+ Rated by the BBB, The Inside Outside Guys, SaveOn, Certainteed, IKO, Elevate, Lomanco, and many more.
