- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Unfortunately no, ever job is unique and estimated according to the situation that gives the best outcome for the wants and needs for the customer for the most affordable amount of cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always do a free estimate to gain a full understanding of the customers needs and wants as well as what they can afford. We then survey the job with the customer, go over the estimate and exactly what we are going to do and give the time frame in that the job will be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
