I hired Lester / Demitart Gourmet to cater our New Year's Eve party -- everything was wonderful!! Lester is a pleasure to work with and the food was delicious! We did a Caribbean themed menu but he can do most other cuisines as well. Prices are very reasonable as well, and we had a ton of leftovers! I would highly recommend Lester!!

Lester catered an event at my workplace and it was a phenomenal experience from top to bottom. He worked with me ahead of time on the menu, was here in plenty of time to set up, and the delicious, flavorful food was a crowd-pleaser. I look forward to working with him again!

I catered a private Christmas event for 90 people at a home in Birmingham. The compliments flowed and people came up for seconds (there was one person for thirds). That is the best response I can receive.
